Zhejiang Dayu Industry Group Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in November 2004. Located beside the picturesque West Lake in Hangzhou, it is a chemical, mechanical and electrical system integration engineering company focusing on the R&D, integration, sales and service of chemical engineering projects, electromechanical engineering and intelligent systems.
Based in Hangzhou, Dayu specializes in EPC service as well as planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of intelligent management systems for chemical zones, office buildings, general hospitals, hotels, banks, industrial thermal power plants and other facilities. With years of in-depth industry experience, it has grown into an expert delivering one-stop overall solutions.
The company accumulates over 20 years of experience in the chemical equipment sector and provides customized services tailored to client requirements. It supplies complete production lines including detergent powder plants, sulfonation plants, sodium silicate plants, caustic soda production lines and soda ash production lines.
Equipped with a sound product R&D system, quality management system and professional engineering construction team, the company has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. Multiple technologies and equipment developed by the company have been granted national invention and utility model patents.
Our service scope for turnkey projects and management services covers technical consultation, engineering design, equipment manufacturing and procurement, on-site installation/supervision, commissioning, and operator training. The company has delivered EPC projects for numerous enterprises at home and abroad, with project destinations including Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iran, South Africa, Jordan, Russia and more.
Development History & Strategic Cooperation
Over the past two decades, Dayu Group has maintained long-term cooperation with Zhejiang Engineering Design Institute, a leading state-owned enterprise in the industry. Zhejiang Engineering Design Institute is a high-tech enterprise integrating chemical engineering planning, consultation, design, project management and engineering procurement construction (EPC) services.
To maximize the complementary strengths of both parties, a joint project team has been established. Composed of 20 specialists from the two entities, the team holds more than 70 years of combined experience in basic chemicals and daily-use chemicals.
Specialists from the state-owned Zhejiang Engineering Design Institute possess extensive design expertise, while experts from Dayu Group have profound know-how in supply, installation and operation. Dayu also holds the Grade 1 Professional Contracting Qualification for Electromechanical Installation Engineering. We work in partnership, adopting state-of-the-art technologies and high-durability materials.
