Our Hydrogen Peroxide H₂O₂ Production Line is designed for the continuous industrial production of high-quality hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂). The plant adopts the anthraquinone process, which is widely used for large-scale commercial hydrogen peroxide manufacturing.
Hydrogen peroxide is an important chemical intermediate and oxidizing agent. It is widely used in pulp and paper bleaching, textile processing, chemical synthesis, water treatment, environmental protection, mining, electronics, and other industrial applications.
Production Process
The conventional production route uses an organic working solution as a carrier for the hydrogenation and oxidation reactions.
The general process can be summarized as:
Working Solution Preparation → Hydrogenation → Oxidation → H₂O₂ Extraction → Purification → Product Storage
During hydrogenation, the active anthraquinone compound in the working solution is converted into its corresponding hydroquinone form.
The hydrogenated working solution is then oxidized with air, generating hydrogen peroxide and regenerating the anthraquinone compound.
Hydrogen peroxide is subsequently extracted from the working solution using demineralized water and further purified to achieve the required concentration.
