High Tower Laundry Powder Production Line

The high tower laundry powder production line is a complete set of equipment solution for large-scale detergent production. It adopts the high tower spray drying technology to convert the liquid and solid raw materials that have been scientifically proportioned into laundry powder particles with good fluidity. The production line can be planned as a whole according to the customer's product type, production target, automation level and factory conditions.

The entire production process consists of two major parts: the front ingredient preparation and the rear ingredient preparation. The front end first completes the storage, measurement, mixing and slurry preparation of raw materials. Through neutralization, homogenization, filtration and aging processes, the slurry is made to meet the requirements of spray drying. Then, the slurry is sent into the powder spraying tower by a high-pressure conveying device, and fine liquid droplets are formed through the atomizing nozzle. Under the action of hot air, the drying process is completed rapidly.
The laundry powder base powder formed by drying is separated, transported and screened, and then enters the storage equipment. According to the final product formula requirements, fragrances, enzyme preparations and other auxiliary components are added, and the uniform mixing is completed by the rear ingredient preparation equipment. Finally, the quantitative filling and sealing are carried out through the automatic packaging equipment to form laundry powder products that can directly enter the storage and sales process.

The high tower laundry powder production line has the characteristics of tight process connection, high degree of continuousness, and relatively uniform product particles. Through technologies such as automatic measurement, PLC control, temperature monitoring and dust collection, the stability and management efficiency of the production process can be further improved. The high tower spray process can also change the particle structure and bulk density of the product by adjusting process parameters, providing certain process flexibility for different grades and different formula laundry powder production.
