Detergent powder equipment
High tower spray drying is a well-established powder forming process in laundry detergent production. Its main feature is to first prepare a uniform slurry from various detergent raw materials, then directly convert the slurry into granular base powder using a spray drying tower.
The Detergent powder equipment typically begins with raw material storage and automatic metering. Solid and liquid ingredients are individually measured according to the formula and conveyed to blending equipment for thorough mixing. After neutralization, stirring, filtration, homogenization, and appropriate aging treatment, a stable laundry detergent slurry is formed.
Subsequently, the slurry is pumped by high-pressure pumps to the top of the spray tower. Nozzles disperse the slurry into numerous fine droplets. Hot air entering the tower exchanges heat with these atomized droplets, causing rapid evaporation of moisture. The dried powder gradually settles at the bottom of the tower, resulting in the base laundry powder. This spray drying process is the core stage of the entire production line.
