Washing Powder Plant

The Washing powder plant is a continuous detergent powder manufacturing system based on spray drying technology. It is mainly designed for large-scale production of regular detergent powder and various powdered detergent formulations. The complete production line integrates raw material weighing, batching, neutralization, slurry preparation, spray drying, base powder screening, post-blending, and automatic packaging. The equipment configuration can be customized according to the product formulation and required production capacity.

During the production process, various solid and liquid raw materials are fed into the batching system according to predetermined ratios. After mixing, neutralization, and homogenization, the materials are converted into a detergent slurry suitable for spray drying. Following filtration and aging, the slurry is pumped by a high-pressure pump to the top of the spray-drying tower. The slurry is atomized through specially designed nozzles into fine droplets, which come into thorough contact with hot air. The water evaporates rapidly, forming detergent powder base particles with a porous structure.

The detergent powder base powder discharged from the spray-drying tower is conveyed, separated, and screened before entering the base powder storage system. Enzymes, fragrances, and certain heat-sensitive additives are typically added during the post-blending stage after spray drying. This helps minimize the potential impact of high-temperature processing on the performance of these ingredients. After thorough mixing, the finished detergent powder is transferred to the packaging section, where weighing, filling, sealing, and other operations complete the final product packaging process.
